The project is envisaged as a development and enrichment of a theme of the Mediterranean cultural exchange as described in the recently published The Liquid Continent. A Mediterranean Trilogy by Nicholas Woodworth, (Haus Publishing, London, 2008).

This is a project to create an interpretative multimedia exhibition, to be presented at a major display venue in Alexandria exploring the themes of the “Liquid Continent” and enriching the show with additional aspects of the cultural dialogue through a series of musical concerts, seminars and open-table discussions. It will offer an interdisciplinary approach to culture as a resource for development, with emphasis on regional diversity and regional similarities.
